No Ordinary Hospitality Management (NOHM) has agreed to support the continued growth of IXL event centres in Southam and Stoneleigh Abbey, both operated by Sanjay Foods.
NOHM, which also runs Combe Abbey Hotel, St Mary’s Guildhall in Coventry city centre and The Park Bistro in War Memorial Park, has signed a deal to begin working with IXL Events Centre in 2022, followed by support for Stoneleigh Abbey in 2023.
This means potential corporate clients can book their events directly at any venue through the NOHM team, from venues looking for medieval history to the eye-catching IXL Event Centre.
Ron Terry, group operations director at NOHM, said: “We are very pleased to be continuing this partnership which means we now have a fantastic portfolio of venues to offer our corporate clients, ranging from small meeting rooms to rooms accommodating up to 1,000 people.”
“In Combe and St Mary’s, NOHM provides everything from afternoon tea to weddings, sleepovers to Christmas parties, and our agreements with Stoneleigh Abbey and IXL Events Centre are aimed at supporting an increase in corporate bookings.
“And these four venues alone really show what Coventry and Warwickshire have to offer when it comes to hosting businesses from all over the UK and even the world. We’re in the heart of the country, have a great history and provide a fantastic service to our customers.”
Lai Yi Chun, Director of Sales & Marketing at Sanjay Foods, said: “We are very pleased to continue our collaboration with NOHM.
“It’s a well-respected name in the hospitality industry and we couldn’t think of a better partner to support us as we grow our corporate business across IXL Events Centre and Stoneleigh Abbey.”
“Not only is this great news for us, it should also help attract even more corporate meetings and events to the area!”
IXL Events Centre is set in 600 acres of Warwickshire countryside within the grounds of Dallas Burston Polo Club. The award-winning venue hosts luxury weddings as well as a wide range of business and entertainment events, including car launches, awards ceremonies, corporate outings and annual general meetings of leading companies.
Stoneleigh Abbey was founded in 1154 and ranges from an enchanting stately country mansion to a contemporary, luxurious setting, accommodating anywhere from 10 to 1,000 delegates and catering for any event, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
As well as hosting a wide range of public events, from themed afternoon teas to celebratory parties, Coombe Abbey Hotel also boasts 11 unique meeting rooms, all steeped in history, to cater for groups of all sizes.
Located in Coventry city centre, St Mary’s Guildhall has a number of versatile meeting rooms. It has been hosting events for 700 years and is undergoing a major refurbishment in 2022.
