Ahead of the planned opening of QT Singapore in September this year, QT Hotels & Resorts (part of EVT) has unveiled the hotel’s signature dining experience.
Dining at the design-led hotel is helmed by award-winning chef and restaurateur Chef Sean Connolly, Creative Director of Food & Beverage at QT Singapore. QT and Sean have worked together to deliver multi-award-winning experiences at Gowings at QT Sydney and Esther at QT Auckland.
Housed in a historic building (formerly Hotel Telegraph), QT Singapore boasts two flagship venues: Cygnet, a brand new bar and grill that brings the vibrant atmosphere of a Manhattan steakhouse to the shores of the Lion City, and the iconic QT Rooftop, a completely refurbished rooftop. of The pool and bar, where you can enjoy sumptuous cocktails, are a must-see, and will keep your guests entertained from relaxing during the day to partying at night.
