Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) and Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in promoting equitable tourism development.
The agreement was signed by MMPRC Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO & MD) Ibrahim Shiuli and Maldivian Managing Director Ibrahim Iyasu at a ceremony held at the MMPRC Headquarters on the morning of 15 August 2024.
The partnership aims to combine the strengths of both organizations to create innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that will attract visitors from around the world. Through their joint efforts, MMPRC and Maldivian will focus on B2C marketing, including brand advertising, promotional activities and global campaigns.

The signing of this MOU signifies a bright future for the tourism industry in the Maldives.
