The cocktail bar offers a range of alcoholic drinks which can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors whilst taking in the stunning coastal views. The rooms themselves are comfortable spaces with stunning sea views through double doors overlooking the beach, as well as large bathrooms and cosy lounge areas with TVs, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The hotel has paid attention to every detail and provides homemade cranberry cookies and a coffee machine. Relax in a bath chair and let the sea breeze cool you down naturally.
The spa offers the ultimate relaxation experience, with stunning views overlooking the sea and a range of facilities such as a large hydro pool, steam rooms, a Roman caldarium, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools and a wide range of spa treatments. Wellbeing and yoga classes are also available during your stay to further enhance your sense of relaxation.
Bedrasan has two dining options, The Ogo and The Wild Cafe, both of which focus on locally sourced ingredients. We ordered the three-course menu with wine pairing at The Ogo, which has a coastal ambiance, relaxing instrumental music, and modern décor with round and semi-circular tables facing the sea. The restaurant is filled with greenery and mood lighting, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The food was exceptional, starting with sourdough bread with miso butter, raw dry-aged beef, and perfectly cooked mackerel and pea miso, followed by perfectly cooked rod line and sea bass with crispy skin topped with Padstow courgettes and lobster sauce. We ended the meal with Cornish yoghurt cake with elderflower ice cream and white chocolate mousse. Breakfast at Vedrasan is artfully prepared using local ingredients and offers a wide range of sweet and savory options, including croissants, pastries, fresh fruit and smoothies.
