Auckland’s City Works Depot will host a nostalgic Pizza Hut pop-up store for three days to celebrate the restaurant’s 50th anniversary in New Zealand.
Lunch and dinner sessions from September 26 to 29 will feature all-you-can-eat chips, garlic bread, a pizza buffet, salad bar and the famous dessert bar. Tickets start at $30 per person and all proceeds from the pop-up hut will be donated to Hato Hone St John Ambulance.
New Zealand’s first dine-in Pizza Hut opened in New Lynn in September 1974 and there are now 135 delivery and takeaway outlets across the country owned by the restaurant brand.
