Kasikon Bank (k-bank) has introduced orbix CUSTODIAN, which is set to become Thailand’s first authorized digital asset custodian.
This new service aims to support local digital asset businesses and is licensed by the Treasury Department and operates under the supervision of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
KBank is currently finalizing the system ahead of its official launch in early 2025.
orbix CUSTODIAN aims to provide secure and transparent digital asset custody services that comply with regulatory requirements, helping to foster confidence and protect investors in Thailand’s growing digital asset market.
KASIKORNBANK is steadily expanding its presence in the digital asset market.
The bank, through its subsidiary Unita Capital, has introduced services such as digital asset exchange orbix and digital asset fund manager orbix INVEST.
Kasikornbank Governor Pipit Aneakuniti said:
