Signature Bank of Arkansas uses CSI to provide Spanish-language services

Signature Bank of Arkansas has launched a bilingual branch network called Banco Si, using CSI as its technology provider to serve Spanish-speaking customers both in-person and online. “One of the primary reasons we opened Banco Si was to provide equal economic opportunity to members of the region’s Hispanic and Latino communities,” said Brant Ward, President of Signature.
