Standard Chartered has announced new partnerships with: wise platform This is to improve the speed and reduce costs of the international payment service SC Remit.
The partnership will initially benefit customers in Asia and the Middle East, who will be able to send money in 21 currencies, including USD, EUR and Pound Sterling, with transparent pricing at mid-market exchange rates.
With Wise Platform API integration, standard chartered plans to roll out this enhanced payment service over the coming quarters and expand both currency options and market coverage in the future.
The Wise Platform’s infrastructure includes over 65 licenses and 6 direct connections to national payment systems, including the latest. InstaPay in the Philippines.
According to reports, 63% of cross-border payments can be completed within 20 seconds, allowing Standard Chartered to deliver a seamless experience.
The platform’s support structure includes global engineering expertise, compliance assistance, and 24/7 support for smooth integration.
