As for manufacturing, the Philadelphia Fed and Kansas City Fed’s November surveys will be released this week.

10am: November NAHB Home Builder Survey. The consensus is 42, down from 44. A number below 50 indicates that more builders see sales conditions as worse than good.

8:30am: Number of housing starts For October.
This graph shows housing starts and housing starts since 1968.
The consensus was 1.338 million SAAR, down from 1.354 million SAAR.
10am: State employment and unemployment (Monthly) October 2024

7:00 a.m. ET: Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Mortgage loan purchase application index.
Daytime: AIA architecture billing index October (leading indicator for commercial real estate).

8:30am: First weekly unemployment claim The report will be published. The consensus was 222,000 initial claims, up from 217,000 last week.
8:30am: Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Survey For November. Consensus measures 5.0, down from 10.3.
10am: Used home sales October from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The consensus was SAAR 3.88 million, up from SAAR 3.84 million in September.

11am: Kansas City Fed Manufacturing Survey For November.
