Pushpa Reddy, who has joined as Chief Product Officer (CPO), will lead Planday’s product innovation and strategy and data divisions. Pushpa joins Planday from the BBC. For the past three years at the BBC, he led the team managing iconic products such as BBC News, BBC Sport, iPlayer, Sounds and Children’s Products, reaching 23 million UK users every week. Her leadership has transformed the BBC’s product culture, increasing average weekly user numbers by 10% year-on-year. With past experience at Just Eat, Sky, Thoughtworks, and multiple startups, Pushpa is poised to take Planday’s product and data organization to new levels of success.
