Osome, an enterprise fintech platform, reported a 25% year-on-year increase in revenue and a 60% improvement in annualized EBITDA, indicating improved profitability.
The company attributes its growth to improved spend efficiency, streamlined processes, and enhanced customer service, which is reflected in its 3x Net Promoter Score.
Osome also improved its bottom line by reducing customer acquisition costs by 35%.
To support its growth trajectory, Osamu has appointed William Chong as CFO.
Mr. Chong previously served as Finance Director at Glints and will lead Osome’s financial strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
In 2024, Osome focused on simplifying business setup and enhancing its mobile app.
These efforts include streamlining the integration process and improving the app’s user interface and functionality.
Looking ahead to 2025, Osome plans to work with partners like Aspire to release new features to simplify bank account opening for new businesses.
The company will also deepen collaboration with existing partners, such as Airwallex, to drive product innovation and brand marketing, including joint marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships and the use of affiliate networks.
Osome plans to expand its teams across Asia in engineering, sales, products, partnerships, and research and development.
The company also plans to strengthen its presence in Singapore and Hong Kong by offering customized solutions for start-ups, SMEs and consultancies, including enhanced support for Chinese-speaking entrepreneurs.
To date, Osome has supported over 30,000 companies and processed over 1 million bookkeeping transactions totaling over USD 5.6 billion.
In May 2024, the company announced: raised Series B extension for US$17 million.
