Our new Cutting Garden collection brings the glory of English gardens into your home.
bertioliWe are excited to announce the new Cutting Garden collection, our sister brand to Time. A beautiful, idyllic floral extravaganza hand-picked from a thyme cuttings garden and painted by founder Caryn Hibbert.
“Filling your home with freshly cut flowers must be one of life’s greatest joys.”
The Cutting Garden is the first of its kind, immersive and experiential, with new bedrooms featuring housewares, table tops, interiors, decorative accessories and home fragrances not just for Thyme, but for Bertioli as a whole. There is also.
The entire collection celebrates the cut flower garden, championing the philosophy that flowers make us happy and aiming to bring in elements from the outside. Rooted in Time’s ethos that our well-being begins with our connection to nature, this collection reinforces the idea that by nurturing nature, we also nurture ourselves.
The four newly renovated bedrooms, located in the farmhouse and currently available for booking, are decorated with a calculated maximalism to showcase new wallpapers and fabrics, further enhanced by cushions and lampshades from the collection. It has been. Each room is decorated with a different pattern, including pink phlox, mixed phlox, elderflower, and cedulcea.
The collection is completed with the Cutting Garden scent, a loud and opulent blend that truly evokes the captivating scent of freshly cut flowers. Scent brings the patterns to life and together they become a golden thread that transports and immerses you into the Cutting Gardens of Time, wherever you are.
Time collaborated with long-time partner Lawford Contemporary, a local furniture manufacturer, to create bespoke headboards for each bedroom, available to order exclusively at the hotel. Natural paints by Edward Bloomer Natural Paints are used, part of an ongoing partnership that also includes a cutting garden pop-up planned at the Pimlico boutique during the Chelsea Flower Show. I am.
“I drew some of my favorite flowers. Unabashedly loud, happy, and amazingly flourishing. The patterns include flowers in their natural shapes stretching toward the sun, or in bunches in florists. Linear rows of flowers depict the way they grow in our cutting garden. These natural patterns, combined with a captivating fragrance, are the very essence of an English garden.” says Caryn Hibbert.
The Cutting Garden collection – tablecloths, napkins, aprons, wallpaper, interior fabrics, cushions, lampshades, candles and home fragrances – is available in Time boutiques and online. www.bertioli.co.uk . The collection will also be available at Maison Flaneur.
The collection launched in-store and online on April 24, 2024. All bedrooms at Cutting Garden are in the Elegant category and are priced from £610 per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
