Ally Financial continues to invest in technology and generative AI to provide improved auto sales recommendations and inventory options for its dealers. The Detroit-based financial institution is looking at how to leverage technology to provide real-time auto sales recommendations through the bank’s digital wholesale platform, SmartAuction, Satish Muthukrishnan, chief information, data and digital officer at Ally Financial, told the bank.
