Canadian payment company Nubay Co., Ltd. The company announced that it has appointed Gan Wang as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Wang will report to Chairman and CEO Philip Feyer and will lead Nuvei’s global technology team alongside former CTO Max Attias, who now serves as CIO.
Wang has over 25 years of experience in payments and software, having held senior technical roles at Intuit and Stripe. At Nuvei, he will oversee technology strategy, research and architecture.
Nuvei said the new leadership structure is intended to “further expand our technology offerings and build a strong foundation for future growth.”
Mr. Wang said:

There is already a strong ethos of rapid innovation permeating across the business and I am looking forward to using my experience to build on this momentum, advance our technology strategy and keep Nuvei at the forefront as the payments industry evolves.”
