Throughout his tenure at CCR, Arif held various positions at Mir Maldives Resort Island, demonstrating his versatility and dedication to the company. His roles include Corporate Trainee, Special Projects Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Operations Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Human Resources Manager. His exceptional performance and unwavering dedication culminated in this well-deserved promotion that earned him the position of General Manager of Maldives Resort and Spa.
Arif’s path to leadership has been marked by continuous learning and professional development. He completed the prestigious General Manager Program at Cornell University in New York, USA in June 2023. Arif also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management, making him even more qualified to lead his resort and spa in the Maldives.
