Competing against top talent from across the region, the teams showcased exceptional skill and creativity, winning numerous medals across various categories.
The Hotels Asia Culinary Challenge is renowned for unearthing the best culinary talent and this year was no exception, with the resort’s team members excelling in both food preparation and beverage service, reflecting Sun Siyam Olhuveli’s high standards and innovative spirit.
