Can you tell us more about the journey of Shanti Foumach Pvt. Ltd.?
Shanti Foumach has established itself as a leading company in manufacturing and machining of “Assembled and Sub-Assembled” Grey Iron and SG Cast Iron Components. With an annual production capacity of 12,000 Tons, scalable to 15,000 Tons, we operate as a single-location integrated foundry and machine shop. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with comprehensive equipment such as laboratories with spectrometers and image analysis equipment, mechanized sand shop, Arpa mechanical moulding lines, induction furnaces, shot blasting machines, stress relief furnaces, paint booths, conventional machine shop, CNC machine shop with VMC and a state-of-the-art HMC shop with state-of-the-art machines such as Makino, Enshu and Hyundai machines. Additionally, our facility is equipped with advanced tools such as 3D CMM, CNC models, high pressure cleaners, pressure testing equipment and export packing department.

3. Seek continuous improvement of products, processes and systems.
4. Implement advanced technology to increase productivity and meet the quality standards our customers expect.

Can you provide some examples of CNC, VMC and conventional machines used by Shanti Foumach and how they are utilized to meet customer requirements and production goals?
At Shanti Foumach, we pride ourselves on having a well-equipped foundry facility and a state-of-the-art CNC center. Our CNC center is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs), Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines and precision turning centers. In addition to our machining capabilities, we have a comprehensive supporting infrastructure, including an in-house lab for testing and a dedicated fettling shop for finishing. processa spacious storage warehouse and advanced cleaning facilities. This comprehensive facility allows us to seamlessly integrate all aspects of our manufacturing process under one roof, ensuring efficiency, quality control and timely delivery of products that meet the needs of our valued customers.
