Milaidhoo Maldives has announced the appointment of Paul Van Frank as its new General Manager. With over 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Paul brings extensive expertise in running boutique resorts and a proven track record of success in remote and premier destinations around the world.
Paul’s distinguished hospitality career includes leadership roles at prestigious hotels such as Fregate Island in the Seychelles and Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa in Mauritius, both renowned for their luxury and exclusivity. His tenures at Fregate Island, a Virtuoso member, and Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa, a member of Leading Hotels of the World, attest to his ability to manage and elevate premier hotels.
Prior to joining Milaidhoo, Paul served as General Manager of Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness Mauritius (formerly known as Angsana Balaclava Mauritius) where he successfully reshaped the brand image and optimized operational efficiencies. His strategic leadership contributed to significant financial improvement and enhanced guest experience, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in hospitality management.

In his new role, Paul Van Frank will oversee all aspects of Milaidhoo, leveraging his expertise to further enhance the guest experience and operational performance of the private island resort.
