Nanuku Resort Fiji has unveiled a major $12 million redesign. The resort’s suites, residences and public spaces blend contemporary comfort with authentic Fijian character, offering guests a modern, more immersive and luxurious island experience.
With 37 luxury suites, residences and villas ranging from one to six bedrooms, the resort offers guests an unforgettable “home away from home” experience. Led by Parisa O’Connell Studio (POC), the redesign focused on creating a harmonious balance between the resort’s traditional Fijian roots and modern luxury expectations. The refreshed suites and spaces feature a soothing color palette of rich island hues, contemporary touches and carefully selected Fijian details.
“Our main goal was to find a balance between renewing and modernizing the details and furnishings while maintaining the integrity of the original structure,” said Parisa O’Connell, lead designer at POC. states. “We aimed to create natural tropical comfort with a minimalist palette enhanced by intricate Fijian influences.”
