of Case-Shiller National Index It grew 5.0% year-on-year in July, but is likely to slow further in August’s report (based on other data).
The Seasonally Adjusted (SA) Case-Shiller National Index increased 0.18% (annualized 2.2%) for the second consecutive month. This was the 18th consecutive month-over-month increase, but it was the smallest month-over-month increase. Increased over the past 18 months.
