One of GROB’s proven 5-axis universal machines, the G350 is known for its flexibility and efficiency in the processing industry and will demonstrate its wide processing range live at IMTEX 2025.
The G350 impresses with its compact design. Thanks to the intelligent placement of the tool magazine, the machine width has been reduced from 2,450 mm to a compact 2,000 mm without compromising performance. This allows companies to save valuable space on the production floor while benefiting from higher tooling capacity and better machining efficiency. The double disc type tool magazine can accommodate tool lengths up to 550mm, greatly increasing production flexibility. The number of tools stored is 60, and the double disc type tool magazine can store 117 tools. Another strength of the G350 is its high dynamics and short secondary and chip-to-chip times, which further improves task efficiency. Good accessibility and visibility into the working area also makes this machine particularly user-friendly. All these features make the G350 an ideal solution for a wide range of companies expecting maximum precision and speed in their production.
Adaptable to various industries
With its 5-axis universal concept, the G350 is ideal for a wide range of industries, from aerospace, mechanical engineering and the automotive industry to medical technology. GROB’s modular design and use of standard components ensure maximum process reliability, cost-effectiveness and durability.
GROB’s 5-axis universal machine
When developing the 5-axis universal machine, GROB engineers stayed true to proven lines. Our extensive experience in the systems business has allowed us to develop not only the basic concept of the machine, but also all important components such as the spindle, plate changer, A/B rotary table, tool magazine and machine cladding in-house. . The result is a highly precise and sophisticated 5-axis machining center with horizontal spindle that effortlessly meets the requirements of traditional machining and impressively underlines GROB’s technical expertise.
GROB Universal Machines – G150, G350, G550 and G750 – further extend the G-Series’ modular approach and offer an extremely wide range of applications. Of particular note is the T variant of the G350, G550 and G750 models, which makes it possible to integrate turning tasks into the process in addition to 5-axis machining. Thanks to their compact construction and thoughtful design, all GROB 5-axis universal machines offer optimal visibility and particularly good accessibility of the working area.
