Technically speaking, average mortgage rates today have increased for three consecutive business days, but most prospective borrowers won’t even notice it. For many lenders, the changes will be so small that the average borrower will likely see no change from the scenario laid out Friday afternoon. If there is a difference, it will be very small. (Fixed for 30 years 7.10%)
