NORTHBROOK, Ill., May 30, 2024 – Allstate has declared approximately $29.3 million in aggregate dividends on its Series 3 preferred stock for the dividend period from April 15, 2024 through July 14, 2024. All preferred dividends will be payable in cash on July 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2024. The payments are as follows:
